A Tale of Two Calves - Cava & Michael Schmidt Veal Dinner

Please join Chefs Chris McDonald and Doug Penfold and their guest Michael Schmidt at Cava for an evening showcasing the special veal of Schmidt's Glencolton Farm.  Mr. Schmidt has raised two calves, born on the same day. While one was traditionally fed its mother's milk the second calf was fed a store-bought pasteurized milk diet. Will there be a difference in the quality of the meat? This five-course dinner will be accompanied by a selection of prestigious wines produced through sustainable practices from our portfolio.
