Tasting notes / Reviews: It has a rich, brilliant garnet red colour. Its nose appears candid, elegant and strong, evoking tobacco, spice, liquorice and fruit. In the mouth it appears full, rounded, strong bodied and well balanced.
“A truly sumptuous wine, it melds seamlessly together an elegant aromatic medley ennobled by scents of citrus, smoky oak and pungent earth, superb tannins and a powerful, concentrated palate that still manges to convey true elegance.” Gambero Rosso, Italian Wines 2008
