Tasting note: Bright crimson colour with salmon rim. The nose shows fresh wild strawberries with subtle pink grapefruit accents. The palate gives an impression of crushed strawberries, cranberries and note of dried thyme. This wine is best enjoyed in its youth, within 1‐3 years of the vintage.
