"This is very impressive for its mass, complexity and the way it all holds together with so much going on. Colour is dark black garnet. Shows a maturing, very typical Aussie nose of ripe cassis, green bean, tobacco, cassis, gunpowder and cedary oak. It’s full bodied, dense yet vibrant with good acid cutting all that thickness. Tannins are well integrated, and there is a mineral echo on the finish very typical of the region. Best 2010 to 2015." Score - 91. (David Lawrason, Wine Align )
