Maturation: 100% Stainless steel fermented and aged - no barrels, no oak of any kind.
Tasting notes: Expressive & aromatic, with citrus blossom & Asian pear. Juicy nectarine & green mango on the palate – a great balance between crisp, food-friendlyacidity and a smooth, rich palate texture.
“This Chardonnay includes a dollop of Pinot Blanc (6.9%). Notes of pear and apple at the fore, with accents of melon and toasty oak.
