Obtained from the harvest of Verdicchio grapes with a yield per hectare that is lower than required by the production regulations and that varies according to the seasonal trend. The harvesting in this case is also manual, with soft pressing. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. This wine expresses all the classic qualities of the Verdicchio.

Tasting notes: The wine is pale straw with light green hues.  Seductive notes of lychee, honeysuckle, peach pit, almonds and spearmint fill the nose, and on the palate, the almond and lychee notes really come through quite clearly.  Medium bodied, the wine has fresh acidity, with a pleasing, caressing mouth feel.
