Tasting notes: When young, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruit with intriguing minerality. After careful cellaring for three to five years, expect aromas of leather and cocoa to show themselves behind the red fruits, which will be present, however a little more in the background. The tannins become even more silky, and the wine finally reveals all it’s complexity.
