Favorita Sarvai Langhe DOC 2010
The Favorita is a rather rare original piedmontese vine with grapes that are larger than the Arneis. The wine is not so alcoholic but fresh and with a bouquet of flowers and exotic fruit. The word “sarvai” means “wild” and is a reference to the wild character of the Roero hills covered with vineyards and forests.
Varietal: Favorita 100%
Tasting notes: Straw yellow in colour, fresh in the mouth with an intense bouquet of oranges and citruses.
