Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s all-female wineries dedicate a wine to a man: the enologist Carlo Ferrini, who, from the outside, guides the production of the wines. He is the dragon that one can see in the label, while the doves who surround him are the seven women who work in the winery and sell the wine.

Varietals: 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, & 20% Alicante

Soil type: Calcareos soil

Alcohol: 14%

Maturation: 18 months in French oak 

Tasting notes: Intense and brilliant ruby red in colour. Full, fine and complex with perfume notes of small red fruits on the nose. On the palate this wine is full, intense, persistent, with well balanced tannins.
