This wine is a blend of every white grape Ciu Ciu makes, including Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina and a touch of Chardonnay. All grapes are grown organically, without any systemic fungicides, pesticides or herbicides. Fermented in 100% stainless steel. Fresh, fun and exciting!
Tasting notes / Reviews: The wine has a medium yellow core with a faint green tinge. Nose explodes with exotic fruits like guava and pineapple, as well as some orange peel, lime and anjoy pear. The body is lush and fresh, with loads of pineapple and white peaches, with crisp notes of green apples on the finish.
