Tasting notes: Combining grapes from several of the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard parcels, this cabernet has a rich, deep ruby color with a wonderful nose of vanilla and black pepper spiciness and the flavors are dominated by blackberry and cedar. This wine has a long finish with ample tannins that will allow for extended aging.
