Tasting notes / Reviews: The use of Shiraz and Cabernet is a unique Australian tradition recognizing the synergy that exists between these two varieties.  Shiraz add ripe berry fruit flavours & sweet rounded mouth feel while the cabernet adds an extra dimension of fruit lift to the nose & extends the flavour length on the palate whilst adding a finer tannin structure.

"Rich, juicy blackberry and raspberry mix, supple and smooth with great length." 91 pts James Halliday, Sept 2004
