Tasting notes / Review: Sancta Catherina is highly concentrated wine with fragrances of dark-coloured fruit, hints of chocolate. It is soft and rounded to the taste.
“Complex and dark, with blueberry, licorice and mahogany. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a fabulous core of fruit. Builds on you. Goes on for minutes. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Best after 2013. 335 cases made.” –JS 95 pts, Wine Spectator
