Tasting notes: Rosy in colour, fine and lasting taste, with a bouquet of Nebbiolo grapes, raspberries, violets, bread crust and yeast. Very dry on the palate, with sweet tannins; well-balanced with a long, crisp finish. Perfect as an aperitif, goes well with all plates except sweets.
