Tasting notes: A clean dry modern Australian Sauvignon Blanc. The hue is slightly green bordering on transparent. The overall aromatics can be simplified to lime leaves and summer fruit salads. The palate is elegant yet thirst quenching. The intentional crisp natural acidity also enables this wine to work its way comfortably on to any dinner table along side lighter courses.
