Tasting notes: The Vino Nobile Riserva Bossona is from the fruit of their best vineyard. It is well-structured, complex, elegant and balanced. Its essentially ruby colour tends towards granite and its fragrances are intense but refined with hints of violets. It has a good presence of tannin and it is velvety and soft in the mouth.
