Papantonis Winery was established in 1993 in Nemea by siblings Antony and Kallie Papantonis. The vineyards, focusing on indigenous varieties, are situated just outside of the village Malandreni.

Artemis Karamolegos is one of the most dynamic wineries on Santorini. Inspired by his grandfather, who started making wine and cultivating vines as a hobby in the 1950s, Artemis founded his winery in 2004, growing it to be the third largest winery by volume on the Aegean island.

Dimitrios Kioutsoukis and his family decided to give up city life to be more connected to nature, moving to Thessaloniki and planting 11 ha of organically farmed vines, mostly native varieties like Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Roditis, and Xinomavro.
