Winemaker Simon Rafuse and his team are committed to producing 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes and wines, and are proud to have won numerous national and international awards and acclaim for their efforts. Of winemaking on the fringe, Simon keeps it simple. “You have to embrace the acidity. It just doesn’t drop here.”
