Pascal Clément Les Valozières Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru 2019
Born into a family of growers and winemakers, Pascal had more than 20 vintages working experience in Bourgogne before he started his own project in 2012. Based in Savigny-les-Beaune, where he owns a half hectare organic vineyard, he farms 10 ha across 29 appellations in Bourgogne for his wines. 80% of his production is white wine, a passion honed by his years of winemaking at Coche Dury, amongst others. He farms with no chemicals, does native ferment in barrel, employs MLF, and never uses battonage in his wines. This comes from the complexed calcareous red clays of 1er Cru Les Valozières, near the Grand Cru side of Aloxe-Corton.

Bodegas Sentencia El Indulto La Fuente Bobale Ancianas 2021
Alberto Pedrón comes from a long line of vine growers in Los Pedrones, a village of fewer than 200 inhabitants in the comarca of Utiel-Requena, Valencia. In 2006, a 6 hectare plantation that had been tended by Alberto’s father, grandfather and great-grandfather was scheduled to be scrubbed up, and he decided to take action. To save the vineyard and, by extension, a way of working and living, he resurrected the family bodega. This special organic Bobal comes from their oldest vineyards in red clay soils, and spent 9 months in used French barrels.
