This Malvasia comes from the Lehte vineyard, located in Prepotto, in the municipality of Duino Aurisina, on soils rich in marine limestone formations and ferrous clays, and from vines with an average age of 45 years. This was destemmed and native fermented, with maceration on the skins in open vats. It was aged 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels of varying sizes.
