This Cinsault grows on the schist soils of Château des Adouzes, in Faugères. This underwent a 3 week maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks, where it remained until bottling. Wild blackberry, plum, is scented with a scrubby wild rosemary and iris, and lined with light, long tannins through the saline kissed finish. A charming red ready to enjoy now with your wild mushrooms.
