Many of our valued wine producers from around the globe also produce exceptional, artisan foodstuffs, which we've enjoyed during our travels and visits to wine regions over the past two decades. We've long wanted to import some of these delicacies into Canada, and with this trio of special extra virgin olive oils from Toscana's Tenuta Fanti, we're realizing the dream of Le Sommelier Provisions.
Tenuta Fanti boasts over 8,500 olive trees of the most prestigious Tuscan varieties, and a traditional olive stone mill. Thanks to the high elevation of the trees, the early picking and the quick crushing of the olives, the oil is characterized by low acidity and complex flavor profile.
