Carafe No.25 has a volume capacity of 350 ml (6.88 tall).

The smallest of the three Zalto carafes, with a volume capacity of 350ml, the No.25 is ideal for decanting a lean half-bottle of lighter red or white wine, or when you want to split a bottle of wine of this style between two tables. The shape retains freshness and can also be used for fruit juices.

Carafe No.75 has a volume capacity of 820 ml ( 9.8 inches tall).

The Carafe No.75 has a volume capacity of 820 ml and is ideal for decanting a wine that does not need excess ventilation, or requires decanting to remove sediment. Ideal for leaner wines as well as very old vintage wines that could potentially "fall apart" with too much air.

Carafe No.150 has a volume capacity of 1600 ml (11.8 inches tall).

With its ability to hold up to 1600 ml, the Carafe No.150 is often thought of more as the first choice for decanting a medium-bodied white or red wine rather than as a carafe for other beverages. The shape gives air to the wine without over-oxidizing, which is key when serving a wine that benefits from a quick decant but could fall apart from too much exposure.

All Zalto glasses are lead free. We recommend using a dishwasher rather than hand washing, however, with care, a Zalto carafe can safely be hand washed.
