From the 55 acre home Revana Vineyard in Dundee Hills, this encompasses 10 clones of pinot, growing across a 300 foot elevation change. Each lot was native fermented whole berry, and barrel aged 11 months (27% new) before the final blend. Crunchy plum, perfumed raspberry, and morello cherry rule the medium-bodied, herbal edged palate, with bright acidity and fine, long and sticky tannins to frame. The end lingers with a bitter cherry twist. A solid pinot ready to handle any salmon and/or wild mushroom dishes.
