Domaine Duseigneur
The name of this organic and biodynamically farmed cuvée refers to their family name, translating as "Drop of the Lord". From 35 year old vines from a selection of Rhône vineyards, this blend of 45% Bourboulenc, 40% Grenache blanc, 15% Viognier was fermented and rested in stainless. Ripe melon, white peach, stretch along the medium palate, buffered with some waxen lees underneath. Wild meadow grasses linger on the finish, along with a kiss of salinity.
