Donatella Cinelli Colombini
This organic Sangiovese comes from three vineyards at Casato Prime Donne, situated on the cool northern area of Montalcino at about 225m, rooted in clays and sands. This was native fermented in stainless before aging 6 months in large tonneaux.
Fragrant and ripe cherry, kirsch is worked with worn leather and cedar. Tannins are sinewy, finishing with baking spice. One of the meatier, more muscular Rosso di Montalcinos.
