Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gruner, Neuburger, Welshrielshing, Traminer from 3 vineyards were harvested earlier than normal, and naturally fermented in Amphora, prior to heading into bottle. They use 5% gelber muskateller for topping up here. Pear skin, yellow apple, hops run a crisp, slight palate, with finely buzzy bubbles. Disgorged March 2022.
"This pet-nat pours pale, hazy lemon. It has a fairly bright nose of yellow plum/pineapple fruit with modest leesy character, but not highly aromatic. It is light-weight, fresh and well balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Effervescence is a touch frothy. The length is very good.
