Naked White
Naked and unadorned, this is a natural biodynamic white blend that hides nothing. This blends 35% Chardonnay, 30% Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), 20% Grauer Burgunder (Pinot Gris), 10% Roter Traminer, 5% Muskat Ottonel from both sides of Lake Neusiedl. It was native fermented and on skins for up to 2 weeks, and aged 18 months in amphora and in large oak casks on lees. This was bottled unfiltered with only minimal use of sulphur.
