This fuller Alentejo Touriga Nacional was native fermented in a mix of stainless and French barrels before resting for a few months in the same. Ripe and dense with baked cherry, sweet raspberry jam, perfumed roses across a muscular, chewy 15% palate, this reminds me of Amarone, with more structure.
