Gärtling is a style of wine, akin to some Vinho Verde, where there is dissolved CO2 remaining in the wine purposefully to give it an ever-so slight spritz. This is a light 11.5 degree white, with subtle hints of elderflower, Asian pear, lime pith, and gooseberries, with a fine humming finish. The spritz is ever so noticeable, dissipating quickly in the glass, and leaving a spritely, fresh mouthfeel.
