From Ogliarola del Vulture and other varieties 30-40 years growing in volcanic layers of lapilli, ash, and clay at 600m. This won the Premio Speciale at the Old d’Italia 2022. Powerful and spicy, this is green hued with golden shades, and scents of dill, fennel, artichoke pepper, and hay. Intensely fruity, complex, and elegant.
