From Roero’s sandy soils, and vines up to 26 years old, this Arneis was fermented and aged in stainless to preserve the delicate fruit. Fragrant orange blossoms, apricot, and quince waft across the stony spiced palate, lit with crunchy Asian pear acidity that hums on the lengthy finish. Very polished, and very smart.
