From 2008, vintners Denise and Stephen Adams have farmed 27 planted acres using the organic and biodynamic methods they have espoused for decades at their Chateau Fonplegade in Bordeaux, France. ADAMVS, derived from Latin and meaning ‘borne from our red earth’ captures this exalted terroir; undulating hillsides of volcanic rock reaching 2000 feet in elevation.
