From Serralunga d'Alba at 400-450m, this was fermented in stainless and aged in stainless and French tonneaux.
Alluring crushed florals on the nose carry through to the palate, with firm Nebbiolo structure, darts of iron, scrubby herbs, and long, finely firm tannins that finish with a dusting of pink pepper. Smart, fresh, modern.
