Julià & Navinès is family-owned and operated boutique winery in Font-rubí, Spain, nestled on the limestone-leaden hills of the Alt Penedès, in the heartland of Cava. They produce small-lot, handcrafted wines from estate organic vineyards, inspired by ethical and environmental sustainability, dry farming, natural winemaking with minimal interference, and eco-friendly practices. The ultimate aim is that its terroir truly shines through each of their wines.

Wine has been produced on the estate since the very beginning of the 1900’s, but it was in 1986 when Josep Antoni Bonell and Teresa Piñol began to sell sparkling wines under the traditional family name of Julià & Navinès. The underground cave where the cava is racked and riddled was carved from the rock by hand. Over the years, it has served as a shelter in the Spanish Civil War, and for the last three decades it has become the home of Julià & Navinès’ bubbles.

As a way to portray their brand and its spirit, Julià & Navinès has chosen the image of the Greek Goodness Eno, who has the power to transform water into wine. It is the icon of the winery and all their product range, conveying the importance of wine in the Mediterranean culture.
