This biodynamic, sparkling split of Alvarelhão and Vinhão was fermented in stainless, finishing in bottle, and disgorged after 3 months. Red flowers, red currant, light herbs rule the bone dry, brisk palate, finishing with a sour cherry twist. Beauty freshness and authenticity in this pared down pet nat.
