It was fermented and macerated over 10 days in stainless, where it remained for 6 months prior to bottling. Wild blackberry, black cherry, dried dark florals, is interwoven with brooding dark earth and vegetative notes, and wrapped with long, grippy tannins to a steely, cool finish. Much darker, more structured and savoury dolcetto.
