This unoaked red is designed to be consumed in youth, with gobs of cherry, black raspberry, plum, and pipe tobacco filling the fleshy, medium weight palate. Acidity is brisk, and tannins are grippy / sticky, pinning this to a spiced / scrubby finish. Enjoy with lamb or mushroom burgers.
