François le Saint is a line of wines from one of Sancerre's most revered names. Established in 1749 in the heart of Sancerre, Domaine Fouassier is one of the oldest wine growing families in the Loire Valley with a history that spans 10 generations. This organically certified sauvignon blanc comes from vines 15-35 years in clay/limestone soils. Tight and zesty lemon, verbena is lined with a medicinal white cherry, and textured with buzzy stones through a lingering saline finish. So alive and vibrant, drinking smartly now and with time ahead.
