François le Saint is a line of wines from one of Sancerre's most revered names. Established in 1749 in the heart of Sancerre, Domaine Fouassier is one of the oldest wine growing families in the Loire Valley with a history that spans 10 generations. This organic Pinot Noir comes off vines 35-50 years in limestone soils. It was destemmed and native fermented in stainless, where it remains for 1 year.
