The organic winery is directed by winemaker Elisa Dilavanzo. This Moscato Giallo (Yellow Muscat) comes from the volcanic and chalky hills of Veneto's Colli Euganei DOCG (though they choose to opt out of the DOCG and their restrictive rules) at an altitude of 250m. The 7-15 year old vines were fermented with native yeast, and the wine is unfined and unfiltered. Fragrant pear, lush white peach perfume a nose that leads into a dry, sleek palate lined with lime leaf. A lovely fresh and very modern take on this historic grape.
