These Nielluccio (Sangiovese) vines, in conversion to organics, are 49, 24, and 10 years old, planted on a north facing slope of clay and limestone. After a 48 hour cold soak in concrete, this was native fermented, and remained there for 2 years’ rest. It is bottled with a slight fining, unfiltered, with minimal SO2.
