Vide Bourse is smartly located under Bâtard Montrachet, and a great mix between the brilliance of Puligny and the richness of Chassagne. Ripe and rich, with toasted hazelnuts, lemon curd, cream, elastic, shaped by green and yellow apple, and lingering with flake salts.
