More savory than sweet, this Aperitivo from Sardegna is execellent on it's own as well. There are aromatic notes of citrus groves and Mediterranean herbs together with some cinnamon. The palate is mostly on the dry side with bitter blood orange zest on the finish. As they say at Silvio Carta "il vero peccato è non berlo!" or "The real sin is to not drink it!"
