Gumpoldskirchen Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir is from young vines (up to 15 years) in calcareous clays and gravels at 200-300m. It was native fermented with 70% whole bunches with stems in wooden vats before going to 300L oak barrels for 1 year on full lees, plus an additional 9 months in large used oak barrels. It was bottled in June 2020 without fining or filtration.
