Baglio Assuli lies in the midst of land belonging to the Caruso family, a splendid area of countryside in a property of over 120 hectares. Assuli ("In the sunshine" in Sicilian dialect), is the result of the patient, painstaking restoration of an old 18th century baglio (farm). By uniting the commercial strength of a large international group with a prestigious and unique outstanding local product, the third generation of the family - Roberto, Nicoletta and Michele – is now leading the company towards new goals.

The wines, all produced from organically grown grapes, display great character and personality, bucking the global trend of homogenizing tastes. By combining all the fragrances and contrasts of Sicily with a quest for the optimization of aromas, Assuli is encouraging an ever- growing public to get to know, seek out and enjoy the wines of Sicily.
