Each case contains one bottle of the following wines:

Champagne Gosset Grand Rosé Brut NV, AOC Champagne, France. $108
This Grand Rosé is roughly equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (8% still Pinot) sourced from Avize, Ambonnay, Bouzy, Cuis, Pierry, and Rilly. Reserve wines spanning 6-8 years makes up about 15% of the blend, and this was disgorged with 8 g/L. This pours a deep peach hue, and streams with wild raspberry, strawberry, red apple lit with lemon pith across an expansive palate, shimmering with minerality on the finish. Quite sweet fruited, but with structure, chill and enjoy with bouillabaisse.

Julià & Navinès Cava Brut Nature Reserva NV, DO Cava, Penedès, Spain. $23
This organic Cava blends Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada from Font-rubí, in the Alt Penedès, at 350m. It spent 18 months on lees in the bottle prior to a zero disgorge. Crisp and racy, with crunchy honeycrisp apple, white blossoms, and bright, zippy citrus acidity that streams this through the snappy, anise scented finish. Smart and modern, and ready for enjoying now.

1701 Brut Nature Franciacorta DOCG NV, DOCG Franciacorta, Lombardia, Italy. $59
1701 Franciacorta is a 10 hectare biodynamic certified estate, the first and only certified biodynamic producer in the Franciacorta region. This Brut Nature, in a fresh new label, blends the structural elegance of 85% Chardonnay, and the character of 15% Pinot Nero, aged for a minimum of 30 months on the lees. This bottle was disgorged in September 2022. Red and yellow apple, biscuit, light toast runs over a bed of river stones, held taut and snappy with a lemon pith brace. Bone dry and zippy, this is certainly not your typical blousy / creamy Franciacorta.

Filipa Pato 3B Blanc de Blancs Brut NV, DOC Bairrada, Portugal. $30
This tight, bright, biodynamic sparkling blends native fermented Cercial, Bical, and Maria Gomes from chalky clay slopes cooled by the Atlantic breezes. It spends 9 months on lees in bottle prior to bottling. Crisp, racy, and dry, this mineral driven sparkler carries light pear, smoked stone, wild herbs, and subtle wildflower honey through a lightly creamy palate to the snappy finish.

Loimer Reserve Extra Brut NV, Kamptal, Austria. $44
From certified biodynamic vineyards in Village sites Langenlois and Gumpoldskirchen, and loess, gneiss, and limestone gravels, this blends 33% Zweigelt, 19% Pinot Noir, 17% Pinot Blanc, 16% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Gris, and 2% St. Laurent, native fermented in stainless, with full MLF. This spent at least 22 months on lees before disgorgement June 2023 with 2 g/L. Crunchy green apple, pear blossom, apricot skin races through this dry, zippy sparkler, with a tart citrus twist on the snappy finish. A lovely fresh aperitif wine.

JM Sohler Crémant d'Alsace Rosé de Noirs Brut NV, AOC Alsace, France. $33
Situated 30 km southwest of Strasbourg, J.M. Sohler is a boutique estate family producer nestled in the hamlet of Blienschwiller. This rosé comes entirely from Pinot Noir, and was gently whole bunch pressed before resting on lees until the following spring, when it heads to the bottle and a minimum 24 months rest on lees. This was disgorged to order, though the base year and disgorge date is not shown on the label. Ripe strawberry, cherry, mandarin rules the silken palate, with fine bubbles, and finer spicing through a brief, bitter citrus kissed finish.
